I’m excited to announce that our recent application to Slack for Nonprofits was approved.  What this means is that we now have a dedicated workspace for communicating and sharing information across our Association. 

Slack brings teams and conversations together in one place.  Discussions are organized into channels, so there’s a place for every project, team, or department.  

Members will default into two channels, #membership and #wise.

#membership is our default gateway for all members where they can familiarize themselves with Slack, some of it’s features, and begin their networking journey.

#wise is a newly adapted Reading Program inspired by our Chief Administrative Officer.  Here you will be able to view suggested literary content that expands common interest in our core principles of teaching, coaching, mentoring, and leading. 

Soon, we will dedicate a workspace for diliberating on chosen content, where members can participate in meaningful and in-depth discussions.

I encourage all members to use this platform to provide your voice and your ideas concerning our direction as a 501(c)(3) public charity.
